That's the weirdest thing ever, surprised it isn't classed as public indecency or something.. I might use it if I was so desperate, would be a split second decision though.

In the city i live in we did have things like that but then they got closed you had to pay to use them but think people got trapped in them

You are probably talking about portable toilets, they have much more privacy.
