Yeah, ive been looking to find a decent charger for awhile and this one just stood out to me. The exhaust has an amazing sound if i must say as well.

That's more in line with the pricing if it is an R/T. It has the R/T badge on the back, but it has the 3.5L engine which leads to believe it's the stock model.

With cars that have higher mileage on them you want to be careful, and not buy something that may blow up in your face.

Well atm, it has 116k on it but the motor has only 15k as its a new motor.

If it has a new engine in it, then it should be fine. If you really like the car, I would call a local mechanic to see if you can bring it by and have them to a once over to see if there is anything wrong with the car. That way you know exactly what you're getting into.
