This is not yet complete i still have work to be done but i feel as i am missing something which i could add but i don't know what? anyone suggestions or any advice?

It has potential, but is missing quite a few things, I'm not expert, but i'd suggest trying to blur the buildings in so it has some depth with the sky, and either sharpen, or blur the rock texture along the bottom of the image as it's neither here nor there. Put some more time into this, and if you're stuck for ideas, have a break and re-visit it the next day, you should come up with some good ideas overnight. Good luck and i look forward to seeing the finished design!
