Basically when i try to load up my Xbox One, it stays on the green loading for a while, then goes to a black screen saying "System Error. Contact Xbox Customer Support."

On the Xbox website i followed the instructions shown, an update problem, but ive done it correctly, but at the very end it goes back to this black screen? The long error code shown is "E203 00000803 80073CF6"

I was hoping maybe someone who reads this has experienced this problem and how they may of solved it? Thank you.
