I've decided to that I want to get my own pc for gaming and editing for youtube. So I put together two builds based on what I feel will suit my needs the best with the best brands and decent pricing. So I need help deciding on which one too get.

Neither.

Build and budget is overkill for 1080p

Hyper 212 EVO in a 2k Build? No.
Razer products? No.
Do you need a sound card?
Do you need 16GB of RAM?

Whats your budget and currency?
Whats the build being used for?
You need peripherals? ]
You want to overclock?

My budget is $2000 USD and I'll be using my pc for gaming, multitasking and editing. I do need the peripherals, I only have a 4k monitor and it's being used editing and some gaming. I need the benq for console/pc gaming. I'm not sure on the cpu cooler, and I'll definitely need 16gb of ram.

*Edit - I choose that sound card because I've read some reviews that say the on board sound is bad so if there happens to be a problem with the sound I will get that cheap sound card.

If you already have a 4K monitor you shouldn't need another.

I do need another monitor. My 4k isnt men for gaming, it's being used for editing/design. The other monitor is for gaming.

That doesn't make any sense... No reason at all why you can't use the monitor you already have, having a monitor dedicated for one process is stupid, especially as it is a 4K monitor...

I have to agree with skittle, no need for a second monitor.

So you would rather game at 1080p than 4K?

The 4k monitor has 1 hdmi which is being used and has a 8ms response time which is awful for competitive game. I need 2 more hdmi for ps4/x1/360 so I need that second monitor

It isn't dedicated to just one thing, I do play some games on it but I cant scrim or play tournaments on COD with that monitor. Said earlier that I mainly use it for editing and some gaming.
