In all honesty around 2 years man.
You could maybe get something of value to you that will calm you down in situations like a bracelet from family, or partner or just something that is personal to have with you at all time to calm you down when you feel anxious, this could be the best help since you've done the other method for this long and it doesn't seem to help

I was nervous to go to my doctor as i thought it was strange, however after seeing my doctor i was advised to go to counselling sessions (sounds scary I know) whilst there they asked me a lot of questions and found the main cause of my anxiety, they then progressed onto helping me overcome it. They do an amazing job.
I would go to the doctors, but considering I'm not working nor am I jsa / government money it would cost me a fortune for those type of sessions. I'd also feel like a weirdo aha. Thank you for the reply though man

at the beginning you'll think what the hell am i watching. But when you keep listening you see they are actually right, why are we always thinking about the things we don't want to happen but not about the things we want and how we are going to get it. If you think positive, you attract positive things.

Well if you're going for an interview and called you can't really pop out for a cigarette tbh, you should find something that isn't effecting your health in a negative way but is bringing more postivity in your life, like a piece of cloth, necklace, wristband etc
