School season has almost started for all of us now with exceptions how ever this year my school has now banned Tank tops, joggers, and leggings. This is surprising to me since none of this seems exposing to me. So should there be a dress code in public school? What do you think?

I find some of the dress code policies outrageous. But some of them I understand.

I wonder why they banned leggings

A dress code shouldn't be a thing since they spent money on their clothes and they have the right to wear it.

Some girl in my class asked the teacher this and the teacher said it's because it shows girls' butts and it distracts people. It doesn't distract me because I don't check out girls.

Some ways dress code is a good:
-reduces bullying
- gets you use wearing uniform
- school looks smatter
- cant tell if your a student

Some ways are bad:
- not unique/ can't express your self
- doesnt look smart
- not comfortable

In my school we don't have uniforms, it's easy to tell if someone is a student
and I don't see how it really reduces bullying.
