Well if some of you are not aware the upcoming rapper Kevin Gates recently kicked a female in the face for apparently grabbing his gentleman parts recently after being warned quite a few times and he is taking alot of heat for it. But if a male did that to a female he would be arrested / charged with sexual assault etc so its completely double standards and not fair.

When you become famous shit like this happens, what do you expect?
If you kick someone in the FACE over trying to touch you, youve uhhh got some issues. Just dont be in that area next time? Dont stay where she is? Walk away???? Common sense????? Anyone??
to the people who are downvoting by all means keep downvoting, I just have to ask how is someone trying to reach for you and touching your pant leg a reasonable thing to deserve a kick in the face?

I will say that the way Kevin Gates handled this was completely irrational and should not go without some form of a consequence but that girl should definitely learn to keep her hands to herself. I don't think she would be fond of some random person grabbing her pants/shorts.

Yes the girl was in the wrong for trying to touch him, but he should have handled the situation better.

so why doesn't the girl have a consequence for grabbing his genitals which is classed as a sexual offence right so she should be punished as much as he should

If she was pretty or something then i might not react in that manner, but she basically sexually assualted him, if it was a guy touching a womens genitals then he would surely be charged with sexual assualt. She should just be happy that a kick to the face is all that she got, she could have been arrested and charged.

No you see im not a barbarian, I can handle myself and work through issues without violence. I am a male and if another dude tried to touch my dick I would shove his hand out of the way and say hey dont do that .

She did not even touch his genitals in the video, only the bottom half of his shorts. The thing is that if she did touch his genitals she should receive a punishment for that but since this is a "famous" rapper in the incident, the media will victimize the girl instead of him and make her seem completely innocent while Kevin Gates will look like a complete bad guy in this entire situation.
