Soundcloud doesn't use data I don't think.

If youre using your phone without wifi youre using data.

If you get spotiffy premuim you can sync songs to be played offline aka without service. So use wifi, sync songs to play in offline mode, no data use.

if you are looking for a app where you can listen to songs and it will save them into your history so you can play them with no wifi or data. I would suggest PlayTube, it is a free app on IOS and is great all around!

Try Mustify? Not all songs are on there but when you're on Aeroplane mode and you have cellular data *off* for it, you can still listen to your playlist.

Thanks for tips! By the way, also i tried flvto, it program to dowloand music from the web. and no need wifi or any internet conection.
