So I just upgraded to a older video card that I found in my spare parts bin.

I found a Radeon 5800 series.

I checked to make sure I could run it and...

I about shit myself when this was the detected quality..

Edit: The only reason I am freaking out is because it was free and my last video card was shitttt.

How many frames are you getting at that setting on your new card? 60+fps?

In your Steam settings under the "In-Game" tab, select an option from the "In-Game FPS Counter" drop down
