While I do believe the US will and have designed shootings I don't think they'd go as far as killing kids. The guy who shot the reporter and her camera man was just a prime example of racism.

Hey now, give this guy a break, if you look at the POV video of the shooter (the reporter and cameraman shooting), the girl takes 3-4 shots point blank, her clothes do NOT move at all, and she runs away without falling, tripping, reacting (except for screaming) or grabbing the "bullet wounds".

Topics have to contain an actual theory - Topics have to make logical sense and have to be backed up with some form of evidence (no, an opinion is not evidence).
