Im pretty new to steam. Can I pay someone to gift me BO2 on there?
Im not 100% sure if this is possible however I saw something on there about if you have the game then you can gift it to a friend?

Yea people can gift games that are in their inventory but why don't you just buy it instead of paying them for the gift?
