How many people actually bought the game and did not get a code? I've tried support and many other options and I have yet to receive it. Some say it can take up to 12-18 hours and you receive it instantly.

For me though, It's been 32 hours and I just got don speaking with support and they told me that it would be investigated and a code would be sent. But idk

~I pre ordered it for PC btw, But that shouldn't change anything

Alot of people I know have the same issue aswell but they all got emailed a code after talking to support...

Assuming that your using steam, I'm pretty sure it just shows up in your library.
