Royal mail are 99% reliable.

Personally, I've never had any problem with them, but you'll always get that 1 in 100 people complaining, not through experience, but because their dad's mother's cat's sister's best mate's shoe sent a letter and it got lost in the post..

Should have sent a postal order with his name on it, so he would have to show proof of ID to claim it.

NEVER send money in a letter via royal mail, 50% chance it will be stolen ( they're lots of scum that work for the royal mail )

* I sent 100 (GBP) to someone they never received it and I never got my money back.
