Ok, so on the 26th will it be open to the public or will it be code only? And, if so, how do i get my hands on a code?

I think it will be code only, and then MAYBE they will open it to the public for a few days. You can obtain a code by preording the game.

No, I mean you can buy/trade them off people or "fake" a pre order.
