Sign into your call of duty account, press ok let's do this!
1. Select your console
2. Select Black ops 3
3. Select the 2nd option
4. Scroll down and select Official support chat, launch chat
It should connect you to an Activision agent, ask him is there a beta code linked with your email. He'll ask for your email address and the beta code you've used, if you don't have the beta code explain to him, they will tell you if the code is linked to your account!
I recommend doing this to make sure your getting a code
