What do you honestly expect Staff to do when you get scammed? Refund your money that YOU lost because YOU didn't take better care of it? Go to the scammer's house and demand for the money to be returned? Torture him/her until he gives up his PayPal loggin information? There is nothing they can do except ban them.

There are Stickies for a reason. If you do not pay people you either trust, have a sticky or are a 'Trusted Seller' then you pretty much deserve to get scammed.

This is like giving a thief your wallet and telling them not to run, that you're going to be to be right back. What do you honestly expect to happen?

Yep, over a month ago, I made a topic in the Ask The Staff forum now, asking the same question again, why didn't he get banned? I'll have to wait and see what they say.

I know really, I provided them proof, the mail I got in PM the mail I payed too, but he said I was threatening so that's why. He said that I could of have been more friendly to him, that's all he said.
