So im going to buy a 3ds in maybe one week and i want omega ruby because i love the exclusive pokmon but m'y favorite pokemon is lugia and on omega you can only get ho-oh and i want to know if it is possible to trade a saphire pokemon to omega?

Yes they have a online trade system built into the new Pokemon games you can trade for anything
