Hi, I am looking for a new laptop and I would greatly appreciate your help!

The laptop will be used for university purposes; browsing, watching videos, multitasking, running Office programs, etc. I'm not interested in a Chromebook or a Macbook. My budget is 6500kr (~510 pounds).

Thanks beforehand!

Edit: Is this good?

Lenovo Z50-70 15.6"

GeForce 840M,Core i5-4210U,8GB RAM,1000GB SSHD,DVDRW,Windows 8.1

What is your budget?

You should look into the Thinkpad series, they have good battery life (12 hours) and use good hardware. They're plain but very durable laptops.

Is that used or new? it will perform fine for office and stuff but don't try any extreme gaming

I have some E320s and they're good laptops. But if you can go for a X220, X230, X240, T420, T430, T440, W530 etc. All of them are around £1-£2k new and are very reliable and fast.

You'll be able to get a i7 model on ebay for under your budget. Good luck.

That Lenovo you put in your edit is pretty decent for the price. Obviously you can probably find cheaper stuff if you buy used/refurbished, but I personally don't condone doing that.
