Surprisingly it was worth reading, its useful for those that are applying for jobs and hopefully getting called in for an interview. It was all organized and stuff, must have taken some time to write, hope it doesn't get killed by the spam again.

It did take a fair while to write, but the interest for something like this doesnt seem to be that high.

Most jobs require you to be relatively social. Most colleges and other schools train students to be smart, but not as much trained in the social aspect. In the next 5 years I really see that as a focus especially since everybody's face is in their phones and don't know how to properly communicate face to face.

Good read altogether for other users, some quality information here.

I have been reading the 'Group Interviews' part everyday pretty much just to get it in my head lol.

Stand out, delegate and show strong leadership skills

I'll keep this in my head for later on today when I have my interview.
