My computer is running slow a lot of times. I only have Steam downloaded so I can play CS:GO and that's all I have downloaded game wise. I don't understand why it's running slow when it's only a week and a half old. I have an Advance SystemCare and CCleaner. Can anyone please help me out here?

Just because a PC is new, doesn't mean it has to be fast. Most of the times, a pre-built pc is quite bad and you will see performance dips in general.
Also, depending on what you mean by "slow", adding a Solid State Drive [SSD] will dramatically increase boot times, application loading and overall feel of your pc will feel faster and fresher.
