This is my first time building a computer and I don't really know much. I want to stream, record, and edit gaming videos. I have asked around and I think I have my two options. Also in both builds is there a better CPU and Graphics card for a total of around $1000?

Option one

I see that in option 2 you included an OS and option 1 u did not

Take out the OS on option 2 get a better GPU.
Then you should be good. Also get a more high quality Psu as this one may run the risk of killing your PC.

Getting a Z97 board will lease you the option to upgrade to like an overclockable i5 or i7 which is nice .
To sum it up lol
Option 2- No OS better GPU and better PSU

100% this build

Lmao a 1000$ build, cant even be overclocked, the motherboard has a shitty chipset, a way overkill powersupply, for 50$ more you can have a better, overclockable CPU (4690k). Lol what a mess. Ill make a counter build, and you can decide.

Get the OS the free way "Wink wink" and eventually throw a 50$ ssd in. It wont boost FPS but it makes a large difference in boot/load times. IN the end the HDD youll get anyways wont be anywhere near slow.

Edit: Added a SSD. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] The 4690k will jump down in price quite regularly, so that can save you 20$ if needed.

Stop posting shit. Educate yourself before you embarrass yourself next time. Monitor is shit. OP specifically asked for an SSD within budget. PSU is shit.

FYI, I think you'll find that a good quality 850W unit is far from "overkill", it's for XFire support. Just because a rig is expensive, does not mean it has to be overclocked. OP won't be overclocking so overclockability is a waste of his money. Oh, and it's not $50 more expensive for overclockability, it's $100, and then you have to buy a decent cooler, which you never included in your suggestion.

"the motherboard has a shitty chipset" seriously, do some actual research.

Oh, and where's your almighty 970 at? lmao. scrub.

The amount of times you say "Do some resarch is overwhelming, and I said I prefer the 970, to my uses its better in my opinion, the 390 is more future proof which I never said it wasnt. Also the monitor is fine. Have you ever owned it? NO.
