Would someone be able to explain what I did wrong please.

I came here and downloaded a Lego Hobbit save file because my local game decided to not spawn a particular quest which prevents me from getting 100% completion.

I've made the correct directories onto a flash drive and can get the dled save file to show up on the list to copy it over. However, when I go to copy it all it says is the application is not installed and thus won't copy the file.
