So ive noticed this is a repeating pattern and its starting to tick me off a little. So quite recently xbox live's services keep going down for no reason what so ever and its starting to really wind me up as i pay 45 pounds a year for a good quality service. Now i understand that they're not perfect and sometimes they will mess up, But the lack of Security and Knowledge to keep a server running is really dying out. I also have been with xbox for about 6 years now but coming to an end very slowly for my gaming on this console as ive never ever been more dissapointed in a company that is known around the world as one of the best gaming companies around. What are you guys opinions on this? And no stupid responses i want genuinely mature responses to this.

While yes it is true you expect great service for $5 a month, but also microsoft can not find every possible hole they can be hacked and once they are hacked into whatever happens is out of their control. Xbox still does have way less downtime then my PS4 does, as i have both i know from experience. I still find Xbox way more reliable so as u said u are more then likely making a generation jump. Stick with Xbox.

I understand what you're trying to say and it's starting to annoy me as much as it's annoying you! The services has been terrible lately and I wish a company like Microsoft would be able to find a root to the problem and prevent it from happening again! I just got kicked off during a heist on GTA V and now i'm quite annoyed.

Other than the services, my Xbox One is so laggy! I can barely send a party invite to my friends, I have to endure the terrible lag of the friends app! I don't know about you, but i'm also getting constant syncing messages and error when ever I load an app or game.

I'm not hating on the company but I do expect the best experience for what I pay for, if not i'm considering to switch consoles or PC gaming.

Exactly. I mean i know they're not perfect, But surely after being hacked, taken down and what not, They can find the areas that are unstable and possibly could be hacked and then patch them up, I wouldnt mind even being off for a couple of hours just to be assured that they would be patched up and that everything would be okay.
