Description:

This was a header I was itching to create because I love the eLevate logo. My inspiration for this project was mostly because my best friend (Xeroh) just rejoined the team with a paid design position. The color scheme was mainly using the colors of the logo but then I felt that a slight blue contrasted well with the red effects and brushes.

Potential Changes:

I definitely could have lowered the opacity on the circles. Also the steps stock on the right, is too bright inside the red and could have been removed or lowered.

I'll answer that one...

Look again at the image, in detail like actually look.

You can see there are multiple layers, images ect all put together to create this they also need to be blended and worked in so they look like one bit of work when you are done.

There is a lot of fine detail as well on text and lighting so on so forth.

An hour and a bit is reasonable for this, and also is not very long in relative terms to be working on a bit of work.

FYAH, that's you op: It is nice well put together and enjoyable to look at good job.

I really like the banner actually!

Have you used any pack effects to create any of this, looks like you have.

I would rate 8/10, nice use of the red and blue filters and nicely positioned effects.

Also, I agree with the opacity of the circles.

EDIT: Why is it a big deal that he spent 1.4 hours, he may have thought out carefully where he wants to position things and not just slap them on.

I used items from my own pack and 1 stock which I think was in Rates pack but other than that the rest was filters and brushes.

as for why it took so long? I used some images and had to edit them to get the correct lighting and effect I wanted to help everything blend. So I needed to image edit twice before I could even touch the actual details and effects.

I agree with your own potential changes, turning down the opacity on the circles.
Other than that, good as always
