He's an incredible finisher and he seems quite quick probably because of agility and dribbling, I'd recommend playing him around this cheap OP team :

I play him in CDM next to Schweinsteiger and he's a monster.

Best player I've ever used! Seems faster than 68 IG, his shots feel like lasers, they constantly rise and never drop. It doesn't matter how long you hold shot power, the shot will either go in or just over the bar. His passing is phenomenal and can just pick out my wingers with LB Y passes all day. His dribbling is class, and with his slow pace, you have more time to make moves on the ball. His defense is under rated, for when I lose the ball, I see a white booted little red head sprinting down the field winning it back. Seems x2 faster on defense than on offense, and has great standing tackles. His physical is 78, but seems more like an 83-84, for he is one of the stronger midfielders I've used. Overall, he isn't much of a skiller, but if you want a midfielder than can defend, create, and score, Toni Kroos is your best option.

I enjoy his card a lot. He is obviously not meant for sprinting across the pitch but his passing and shooting are on point every time.

Never played with him but can guarantee he's a good player his Normal card plays good for me so his TOTY will be good

If your selling your club just get his Tots not much of a difference stat wise and in game wise.

I didn't like him. He was real bad for me. TOTS Rodriguez or someone is better.

Loved TOTY Kroos. I had him on CAM and then CM and his longshots are insane. He has one of the best longshots in the game
