I believe there is something but it is unimaginable what happens after death, like it is impossible to comprehend. Like not heaven nor hell but something.

My personal opinion is that if you're a good person, then your after life will be just as good.

On the other hand, I remember a few interesting theories that I've heard from some very interesting people in my philosophy class. One of my classmates told me that he believed after you leave this earth there is nothing but the memory of you. Basically, he believed that you live as long as your memory does. A specific example he gave me is when a family member reminisces on a memory that involves you. He believed as long as there is a person that remembers you, then you will continue to live on, but that ends as soon as the last person leaves this earth with a memory of you.

There are plenty of other theories that my classmates talked about but the vast majority believed in heaven and hell. One classmate said he had come to the conclusion that after life was nothing more than individualistic to each person. He believed that our brains are more advanced than we could even begin to comprehend and that once dead, each persons heaven or hell would be dependent on that person and how they imagined each place to be. Basically, each persons idea of heaven are likely to differ, so he strongly believed that it all was dependent on the person.

In the end, all that information is how I came to my conclusion about after life. In each choice given, there always seemed to linger the scenario of being a good person. I feel like we can't even comprehend after life so i'm just going to make sure I do my part by being a good person and let the universe handle the rest.

Either way, I can definitely tell you that no matter how interesting all these theories are, nobody will be absolutely sure until they die. After life has always been life's most grand mystery. But think about it this way; would you honestly want to know the truth? Imagine if somebody walked up to you today with some clear-cut way of telling you what actually happens when you die. Theoretically, somebody could continue to live on knowing the truth but I think that takes away the aspect of faith, which I feel is necessary for society to thrive.

I used to think as a kid Heaven was some place on the clouds with gold bars surrounding the area, and I could as much chocolate bars without getting fat.

But I would like to believe in reincarnation was a thing. I would like to be a dog, but not to an abusive owner.

Before you die, there is a seven minute period of time where there is still brain activity. After this period of time, your dead, obviously. After death, I believe that you can either choose to stick around as spirit or be reincarnated.

If I were to die I would want to relive my life and remember the last life and change anything that I messed up in the first life.

When you die I still believe that there is an after life of some sort.
