That's a horrific suggestion. Please don't ever suggest anything remotely like that ever again. Not only is it terrible, but it's even in the wrong currency.

OP-You don't need aftermarket fans, but you could get some if you wanted.

The case comes out in about a week, beautiful case, I want one myself. You can get the Define S, NZXT H440, or Phanteks Enthoo Pro instead, if you wish. All 3 of those are cheaper. Added case fans for you so you don't need to use the included ones. Use 3x120mm fans in the front as intake, 2x120mm fans in the top as exhaust and a 140mm in the rear as exhaust. Phanteks cooler is great, better than an H100i, and looks nicer IMO anyway. Get your OS for free, or if you must pay, get a key from [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

Definitely do not get a BenQ monitor, you'll be wasting money if you do. Stick to the Dell panel.

Use the 3x120mm fans in the front as intake, 2x140mm in the top as exhaust and the last 140mm in the rear as exhaust. Same set-up as I have with my H440, except I have different fans for intake to match my red theme. Those Be Quiet fans will do you well though.

No, I don't have Skype. Download a Windows 8.1 ISO, buy a Win8.1 key from [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] . Use the ISO to make a bootable USB, there are plenty of tutorials on YouTube. I personally use Win2USB to make a bootable USB. Use the USB to install Win8.1 to your system and use the key from G2A to validate it. Then you can update to Win10 for free if you want.

As for response times, don't pay attention to that. 60Hz panels all take 16.7ms for the image to refresh so the "sooper 1337 fast 1ms response time" shit is just a marketing ploy basically. You're much better off getting a good panel so that you're experience is actually good, instead of using a shitty TN panel with poor colours and loads of glare.
