I have been trying to change my ip address ive tried turning it off for around 20 mins it didnt change, ive also tried going onto 192.168.1.1 and my router wouldnt work for it, what can i do to change my ip address, it dynamic not static !

Try changing the mac address of your router then rebooting it, that will usually change your IP. In CMD type ipconfig and press enter and look for this line
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.0.1
That address is the login page for your router which isn't always 192.168.1.1
