can i go back onto xbox 360 and go into a money lobby then transfer it to xbox one?

Yes, but to an extent.
If you have previously transferred the account already from 360 to the One, you will not be able to transfer again nor will the money transfer.
However, if you are talking about making a new account on 360, then receiving a cash drop and transferring to Xbox One, that will work.
