Does that build not have a worse Processor and Graphics card then this? [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

No. The GPU is better. You said yoursel you don't even know if you'll be overclocking. The 4460 is literally the same chip as the 4690k, just that it's locked and the clock speeds are slightly lower. Difference in gaming will be minimal. You wouldn't be able to take full advantage of the 4690k with a 212 EVO anyway.

What would you recommend as a cooler then? I heard "Corsair H100i 77.0 CFM Liquid CPU Cooler" is pretty good?

i dislike mine, not as good as I expected and not worth how much I paid for it
heck, if I could afford to I would swap it for a Noctua NH-D15 which is quieter and better.

Okay, I'm going with this build but there are so many GPU options I don't even know what one would be the best. I'm sure they're all similar but still want the best one. What GPU would be best for this? [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

No idea why you wouldn't go with what I suggested which is better, and cheaper, but whatever.

If I throw that GPU into my build, am I good or do I need more wattage etc.
