Do you need a mouse, keyboard, monitor?
Will you be overclocking?
What will the PC be used for?

Yes. Buy the motherboard from NCIX and ask them to update the BIOS for you btw. If the motherboard's BIOS is not updated, you run the risk of it not being compatible with the 4460. The motherboard is a steal at that price though and I can't imagine NCIX would refuse to update it's BIOS for you so you'll be fine. They may charge you a small amount but if they try to charge you too much, just buy an i5-4440 instead of the 4460. The 4440 will definitely be compatible, regardless of which BIOS the motherboard is on.

Should I just get a different motherboard? I wouldnt want to do all that and I dont care if I have to pay alittle bit more to get a different one.
