Hey guy i'm new to the tech game and this is my first video and i'm showing you how to get any level on rbsv2 and how to max out your A.C.E.S. The video explains everything and i start to actually tell you how to do this at about: 00:38.
So Right off the bat i am giving you PROOF:
Mod Tools Needed:
iMod: in description of youtube video.
BIG NEWS: Where you increase your rank to elite in the video erase the experience there and type: 998,972,819,162 and you will achieve ELITE 99!
ALSO: As of right now i can mod others accounts if they have a flash drive.
-FOR ME TO MOD YOUR ACCOUNT:
1) I will have to recover your account to my hard-drive.
2) Mod the account and then send the modded account to you.
3) You will have to download your new profile.
4) You will then replace your old account with the new one.
5) Take your usb and transfer your account back to your Hard-drive.
6) Enjoy your rank and thank topic please.
Look at youtube video if your having trouble with any 1-6 steps.

Other Way: If you send your file to me in a download on the computer i can do it and I WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO SEE YOUR DETAILS. Then i will send it back to you.
