Just wondering what everyone's experience of doing this is. I ask this question because I was out last night and one of my friends has sent me a message saying "Pint?", to which I replied "Was out last night, and working tomorrow so probably not...", and the reply was "Hair of the dog is always best". Has it ever helped cure your hangover? It's never really helped mine, it helps at the time but then I suffer more later in the day.

Also just incase anyone has never heard the term, here is the meaning; "A colloquial expression in the English language predominantly used to refer to alcohol that is consumed with the aim of lessening the effects of a hangover."

I don't understand how people think it works in my opinion because you're just depriving your body more of the vitamins and nutrients it lost when you drank the night before surely? Anyway opinions?
