  • Question 1: Time to complete order?
    Answer 1: Well, time to complete an order can vary very much. It all depends on what I am doing, what place you are in line, and what you need done. I ALWAYS do my best to complete as fast as I can WHILE maintaining quality. I will update you with current information on your order / place in line if you are not first

  • Question 2: What do I do if I am banned? (while chances are low)
    Answer 2: If you are banned (while chances are low) and would like a resolution, PM me, there are many solutions that apply to various cases, so do not be afraid to message me.

  • Question 3: How do I transfer my profile to Xbox One / PS4 / PC?
    Answer 3: Well, first off you'll have to make sure you CAN transfer. All of my pre modded accounts are ready for transfer to next gen / PC. If you are buying a recovery service you'll have to make sure the demands are met for transfer to next gen, the demands are simple, you need to make sure you have not transferred your account to a next gen console (PS4, PC, Xbox One) . If you have just played 360 the entire time and never fooled with a next gen console, chances are you have not transferred.
