Go for a KX 85 mate.
My first bike was a 150 ghost and I still have it to this day.
Amazing bike but it's quite large if you've only ever rode a 50.
I'd suggest getting a cheap second hand bike so your saving money for a 110, 125, 150 when you feel like your experienced and confident.

Are you looking for a 2 stroke or 4 stroke?
I personally ride a CRF Honda 230f 4 stroke for just plain riding in the woods and off-road trails.
For your age that could do for your height and possibly weight.
If your looking for a 2 stroke get like a 2004 YZ125 or such, nothing huge but nice
