how do i get the games with the backwards compatibility? I'm apart of the preview but cant seem to find banjo kazooie or twooie thanks +rep

I went to the quests tile on the Preview Program app and then clicked Backward compatible games and it popped up.

When you go to the My Games and Apps section, scroll to the very end it will say ready to install.
The games you owned on 360 will be there.
Also if you have the disc for the game you can just put it into your xbox one that will work too.

When I go to the preview app is says i'll get a service message soon and the only thing I can select is exit.

Say's the same thing and the weird thing for me is I have been in the preview program for a very looong time and now I get this stupid message.

I'm having the problem where I haven't recieved the update for the preview program it says I have to wait up to 72 hours but it has been nearly a week and no update. I click on registration and it reads that my console is still pending.

I know i've been apart of the preview program for about a month or two. Does anyone know how to fix this?
