does a ps3 phat disc drive work on a ps3 slim cause my ps3 slim's disc drive broke and i want to replace it with the one from the phat but i wanna know if that would work

no it will not work from phat to slim also the dvd drives are married/keyed to each motherboard if you need it fix i do ps3 drive repairs
