Shall I do a full restore from backup to get everything back then try jailbreak again?

Jailbreak again without formatting the phone, get your photos back in the phone then JB.

Jailbreak it again then see if I get my photos back and ICloud works, if not format my phone from backup then jb is that what you mean?

You cannot re-jailbreak the phone without resetting due to TaiG recognising the phone as already jailbroken. It's a real bummer.

So my best bet is do plug my phone into iTunes do a full restore from backup so my Ive got everything on my phone, the re-jailbreak it again?

Yes that would be the best thing to do in my opinion! But research it, see if it's happened to other people and see what they done to resolve it

I've got some of my photos from May onwards so I've lost 5 months of camera roll photos is there any way I can get them back no?
