I recently completed the game and everything on it so it became boring to play. I had every mystery gift so i had all the rare Pokemon,etc. I have just reset my game so i could play through it again. I was wondering if their is any way i can re-gain the pokemon or reuse the codes that are out of date. For example, the shiny Beldum. I had it on my previous save but since i reset my game i dont have it anymore and the code has expired. All help is much appreciated!

No, it's not possible. You can upload your 'mons to Pokebank, but you will lose your MG card.
