Much better. Use 2x120mm fans up front as intake, and then the other two as exhaust, one in the rear of the case and the 2nd up top, or on the side.

Actually, for the fans- The N200 comes with 2x120mm fans as stock, so use one of them and replace the other with one of the Be Quiet fans. If you can afford 5 fans, that'd be even better, then you wouldn't have to use any of the stock fans but it won't be a huge issue if you can't afford to get 5. Keep the stock N200 fan in the read, put 2xBe Quiet fans in the front as intake, and one Be Quiet fan on the side as intake, then use the last Be Quiet fan up top as exhaust. Also, make sure you put the PSU fan face down.

FYI, you don't need to use 5 fans, you could get away with 2 or 3 and still have fine cooling. You could just have one or two fan(s) in front as intake, and one in the rear as exhaust, if you wanted.

The i3 comes with a stock CPU cooler, an aftermarket one isn't really needed.

The CPU will come with a stock cooler, use that and you'll be fine. If you want, you can spend like $30 or so for an aftermarket cooler which will perform better, and quieter than stock cooler, as well as look nicer in most situations, but you won't see the cooler anyway. You could get this;

Keep the Be Quiet fan that comes with it's cooler on there, and you can throw the stock cooler away. Use the two fans included with the N200 as intake in the front of the case and use the Be Quiet fan on the PCPP list as exhaust in the back of the N200.
