I'm no expert, but it sounds like a pretty nice build to me, makes me and my bad laptop feel even worse

What is your budget and currency?

You should lower your RAM to 8gigs which is plenty which gives you tons of more money to go to a 960 or 970 also get a 1tb Hd and a 120 gig ssd

I got it fairly cheap so I can easily remove some ram. It came with 12 to begin with. It was upgraded to 32 but I can easily remove it

I would say remove up to 8gigs or 16 gigs possibly if your going to do heavy lives treating and stuff. Upgrade to a gtx 960 or r9 280x the 280x however is power hungry and idk what your psu is

Well the main thing your missing out is what the computer is being used for?

No matter what though 32GB of ram is guaranteed to be overkill.

I have a 580w psu. And I was planning on upgrading to a 960 to begin with. Would I need to upgrade my psu again?

Whats the make and model of the PSU? Probably bad and needs upgrading.

Whats your budget and currency for upgrades then?

And sell 16GB of ram then you have 16GB in your system which is more than enough for gaming and video editing.
