So lately I've been having a problem with my knees. I stretch a lot and I don't over stretch. But Lately my knee's have been locking, for example, I play a lot of sports, and baseball is one of them, I bend down to catch a ball and that requires my knees to be a joint effort ( No pun intended) My knee would just lock and it would hurt like a b**ch. I would immediately stop running even if I tried to get up it would hurt for about 5 minutes anyone got any idea as to why this is happening?

Sounds to me that you have the same problem I have. Knee Hyper extension. Hurts like shit. It happened when I was playing basketball and came down with too much pressure on one leg and my knee locked up and basically this happened... BEWARE IT AIN'T PRETTY.

I have yet to find a solution to making the pain or popping of the knee to stop. Been to multiple doctors and I've been told to wear a brace. It helps but it's not a solution. I've tried leg workouts but it puts more pain on my knee.

I had to stop playing baseball my junior year due to this. I can't full on sprint without my knee popping and making me fall to the ground because the pain hurts like a bitch.

Overtime you get used to the popping pain, and you kinda just shake it off.

I would definitely get that checked with a doctor or go to physio. First thing that comes to mind that might help is a knee brace but I've never seen anything like that ._.

You and I have a tear in our knees It's a mechanism like a block that stops our knees from working like they are supposed to. Leading to your knee turning out to be like that. I forgot the full name of the tear but yes, I heard you have to go to therapy to stop your knee from doing the popping. Mensical Tear just figured it out, hopefully I can go to my doctor today, and ask him for more details.
