This is a tutorial on how to use Windows 7 on a Mac for no cost at all. You don't need to buy an Windows disk's or anything! It's all free and very easy

Let's get started.

First your going to need a program called VMWare Fusion.
This is their website which you need to go to.

Now, you need to click on "Try for Free"

Next you need to register. It takes just a minute (all you need is a valid email and your golden). When you register, you will come to a screen looking like this

You need to scroll down until you see this

Now click Manual Download.
After it downloads you will be prompted with a screen that looks like this

Click Install VMWare Fusion.
After this, you will see a screen looking like this.

When you get to the Serial Number section, as shown above, you need to put in one of the following codes. These codes will enable you to use this program totally free and be able to use it forever.
Here are the codes. Use any. Most will work.:

1. NGAHL-HEEDQ-44X6L-M9GE9-5V5K7
2. DZ79V-UFDZ2-44J04-8F0X7-PPNF7
3. CYJ0C-QQ4TP-04XWX-FGLER-PYQCC

You have successfully downloaded and installed VMWare Fusion for free and is ready to use. Now, on to getting Windows 7 on your VMWare Fusion

You are going to be downloading a torrent, so I recommend you downloading this Application called uTorrent which downloads torrents. Here is a link to download this application utorrent.com
Once downloading you uTorrent, you will need to download this torrent. [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] . ly/99NV5U (just copy and paste into Address Box)
This link is also from Pirate Bay, so it is very impotant that when you go to this link, you need to skip the Ad that pops up, which will be located at the top right of the screen.
Now once on the site click on this SPECIFICALLY:

If done correctly, It should download straight into the uTorrent App. Now you must wait for the download to finish. It took me at least an hour to download. Downloading times will vary from 1-4 hours. It is worth it though.

Okay, so know you need to find the iso you downloaded for later use. All you need to do is type in Windows 7 Ultimate in the Finder and it should be there.

Now once downloaded, open up the VMWare Fusion App.
You will come to a screen looking like this:

Click on Install Windows or another operating system in a new virtual machine.

You will come to a screen looking like this

Click on Continue without disk


This will then pop up:

Select Use operating installation disk file:

Next you need to find the Windows 7 iso you downloaded earlier. Click on it and the following screens should follow.

Click Continue

Then Finish.


Congratulations! You have just successfully finished my TuT and you are now using Windows 7 on you Mac. If you have further questions feel free to PM me or AIM me : Iwantajtag.

i have windows 7 through bootcamp but for some reason now it says windows is not genuine? WTH does that mean?

did you use a iso disk? Just do it my way it is much easier.
