The population on Ghost is bad. How does Black ops 2 have more players playing, then Ghost? There's like 15,000 players on Ghost for Xbox 360.

Because Black ops 2 is one of those games, kinda like halo, you just want to keep going back to play, plus you have to look at MLG players still stream that game.
