yo, 2 months ago i weighted 14st & looked like a bowling ball..

I'm 16 years old, Male, 6"1

I'm now 12st & was wondering how much more weight i need to lose to start seeing abs? i go gym 5 times a week & currently on a 800 calorie diet, i will be moving to 1200 once i've lost a lil more!

The nhs website says that you are a healthy weight for your age and height.
So i would say no but its your body so its up to you really.

800 Calorie diet? That seems unhealthy for your age and current weight. Considering you don't need to lose rapid fat 800 calories is way to few. You should eat atleast 1300 if not more.

ill lose a few more pounds & then i'll move to a 1200/1500 diet.

Why do you want to loose weight? If your going to the gym like i do.. take protein shakes to earn them big muscles, them abs will come out quicker.

Well to be honest, i wouldn't try and lose alot of weight if your quite young..
