The title says it all! Thanks to everyone that answers!
I personally would figure out how to convert any amount of matter into energy. Many people know E=mc^2, however currently we can only apply this to very small amounts of matter. I think it would be amazing if we could do this to larger pieces of matter.

I would probably want to be able to recreate the dinosaurs, i love the Jurassic park idea. Also i would love to discover the 70% (estimate) of the ocean that hasn't been discovered yet.
