Whats your budget and specs?
60hz is perfectly fine for gaming, unless you your pc can put out 100+ fps 144hz monitors are pointless for you.
To alexxxy, it was this Monitor [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

That rig is seriously overkill for a 1080p monitor. Do you already have a monitor now? would make more sense to save up a bit more for a nice 1440p or 4k monitor.
Your just going to end up with screen tearing :c
If you want 3 monitors get 3 of these [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

They're not even black, they have silver on them. 980Ti with a 1080p panel is such a waste. No, the 980Ti will not run any game at 40FPS @ 1440p, it'll run at 80+FPS in most AAA titles @ 1440p.

When your gpu is outputting more frames than your monitor can keep up with, so your monitor ends up displaying 2 or more frames at once. Vsync can fix this but i dont like using.
Its like buying a ferrari to never drive over 30mph. Why spend so much on the pc if your not going to use it to its full potention.
that dell monitor has a silver stand.
