Just a few things;
Can Newton is not on the cover of Madden 16, Odell Beckham Jr. is.
Two, I'm not really a fan of the boxy looking '6' at the bottom.

It's alright for your first poster.
The Panthers logo is oddly placed.
Like Cher said, not a fan of the 6.
Also, you should use a Panthers stadium instead of a Broncos. Or atleast block off the name and logo.

I also thought it was exceptionally weird that you used a broncos stadium for the background? You just need more practice, maybe using a different font in the future could help. And honestly if you're going to do a "Team Poster" Don't just put two players in the picture.

I completely agree, I wouldn't be where I am today if people didn't tell me something looked like shit back in the day.
This is honestly 4/10
