Basically, I have a tumblr and I reblog quite a lot of anime screenshots because it's so damn beautiful. I also follow some guys who reblog things from anime and stuff, and I've been thinking about watching Full Metal Alchemist. I've only ever watched Spirited Away and it's one of the greatest films I've ever watched. Should I watch FMA? and if you could recommend some, It'd be great. I've also watched Pokemon and that's about it. I've kinda wanted to watch DBZ because I've never seen it. Any recommendations on Anime? thanks.

Depends on what genre you're wanting but here's what id recommend
Death Note - Suspense and its really great story except the ending is stupid (in my opinion)
Akame Ga Kill - This is an amazing fantasy/action you'd love it, its amazing characters and is very emotional.
Welcome to the NHK - Very comedy and slice of life, its got romance and dark parts in it. but its focused on the MC getting out of being lazy and a bum to actually start having a meaningful life.

I would say don't bother with Dbz it starts off real slow and boring and takes like 50 episodes to really enjoy it. You can watch FMA its kind of a slow starter too but its worth it.
